Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest culinary standards while maintaining food safety regulations.
• Ensure food quality control, timely food rotation, and consistent service excellence.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine on menu development and daily kitchen operations.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and bring creativity to food preparation.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies.
• Work efficiently under high-pressure environments while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (luxury hotel or fine dining experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in English to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
