In this role, you will:
• Provide the highest standards of service to our clients, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and requests.
• Support relationship managers with the acquisition, onboarding and servicing of their clients.
• Completely represent the RM in all client dealings and be a fully dependable resource.
• Assist RMs in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately and promptly.
• Handle client’s enquiries and complaints relating to the RM portfolio in a positive, timely, and appropriate manner.
• Provide all administrative assistance to RM Team in terms of Call Report filing, Travel arrangements, annual Reviews, client profile generation and on-boarding.
• Ensure client KYC and CDD is completed and kept up to date by supporting relationship managers with ongoing client reviews.
• Maintain high standards of control and operational practices in line with HSBC’s expectations.
• Ensure that sales & operations are undertaken in accordance with FIM, BIM and Credit Policy lending guidelines.
