Civil Engineer Full Time

Position Overview:
Unitek UAE is hiring Civil Engineers for multiple open positions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing construction, fitout, and maintenance projects within the UAE. The role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in civil engineering, project coordination, and site management. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of construction, fitout, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure the project is completed within budget, time constraints, and according to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and construction documents.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality control.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
• Maintain documentation, project reports, and records for all ongoing and completed projects.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, fitout, and maintenance projects within the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, project management, and local regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
