Chemistry Teacher Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative Chemistry lessons to KS4/KS5 students, aligned with WSO’s mission of developing “World Class and World Ready” learners.






• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students while maintaining high academic standards.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning environment.
• Contribute to the school’s extracurricular program and community-based events to enrich the student experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry to KS4/KS5 or equivalent levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
• A growth mindset, with the ability to reflect and adopt solution-focused approaches.
