What You Will Do
- Prepare for the shift, Maintain Symphony, Printers, Guest checks and folders to ensure sufficient stock and preparedness
- Prepares the float for the department
- Meet, greet and bid farewell to guest according to standards
- Open and close the cash bill
- Enter all data correctly in the Symphony
- Ensure that all transactions are correct
- Ensures best practice and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates the same to the managers
- Ensures financial performance of operation by diligently controlling all finance accounts related documents, verifies correctness of invoices and guest checks
- Keep work place tidy and clean at all times, maintains personal hygiene
- Actively take part in food and beverage support requirement
- Adhere and follow standards in accordance with Four Seasons policies.
What You Will Bring
- 1-2 years of previous experience in the similar
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Strong administrative abilities, knowledge of different F&B and Hotel software is an advantage
- Attention to the details and strong communication skills
