Job Description

  • Provide direct and indirect customer service (ex: handling customer goods and bagging, assisting in other instructed store activities, maintaining cleanliness & orderliness at checkouts)


  • Ensure proper usage of POS systems, Bank POS other equipment at checkout with care and diligence
  • Contribute towards store sales through suggestive selling and upselling
  • Register online/ home delivery sales transactions and coordinate with deliveries as per requirement
  • Proper registering of transactions through the POS system by handling cash and valuables and operating/ registering transactions in various modes with no discrepancy in the transaction.
