Business Marketing Specialist Full Time

As a Business Marketing Specialist at Emirates NBD, your role will be responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of marketing communications in driving business growth for LAM across the UAE. The person will report to the Manager – LAM and will assist the Manager in implementing strategic projects and will also be responsible for tracking and managing the overall budgets for LAM on a monthly basis




Key Responsibilities:

• To understand their business objectives/challenges and acquire NTB customers/cross sell to promote products and services across all the emirates with an effective ROI framework.
• Plan, implement and deliver the marketing activity calendars for projects and be the primary responsible person (sole point of contact) for effective utilization of internal media assets across all marketing channels
• Develop creative briefs that inspire and work with our advertising agencies to develop meaningful marketing interventions/concepts. Manage agencies and production suppliers.
• Execution & successful implementation of campaigns (DED approvals with Tarek)
• Conduct sale visits with the different teams
• Constant interactions with Social/Digital team to identify opportunities
• Campaign performance in terms of NTB acquisitions and fine tune digital target audiences. Monthly reporting of activities with ROI framework for all LAM activities.
• Track the LAM budgets on a monthly basis.
• Constantly explore new LAM activation ideas by keeping track of evolving trends in the POS industry.

Skills And Experience

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
• Need to have an “out of the box” thinking mindset to put together creative digital/social customer engagement & acquisition ideas/propositions as well as ability to collaborate/build on existing ideas.
• Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
• CLM on the campaign management for lead distribution, tracking, ROI & databases
