Business Analyst Full Time

Key job responsibilities

• Deep Dive and Advanced Analytics – Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity to help business team to create higher customer impact






• Metrics and Reports – Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Automate data templates and reports
• Build a SQL repository for adhoc requests and reports
• Develop and Train members of the team for organizing and reporting where automation not possible

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with Excel
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial/business analysis
