Business Analyst Full Time

Position Summary:
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our business processes and systems, particularly within Galadari Automobiles. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify operational efficiencies, supporting data-driven decision-making, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and service quality. The Business Analyst will also monitor market trends and consumer demands to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer demands, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making by senior management.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis for proposed solutions to aid in decision-making processes.
• Track the performance of implemented solutions to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Provide support in managing data, reports, and presentations for regular business reviews and performance assessments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data in a clear and compelling manner.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
