Farnek is hiring a Bids Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field. The Bids Manager will oversee and manage the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring all bids meet company standards and are submitted in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and submission of tenders and bids.
Work with internal teams to gather all necessary information for tender responses.
Ensure that all bids are compliant with documentation requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive bids.
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
Track and report on the progress of bids.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and ensure the timely submission of all documents.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Strong experience in managing bids and tenders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
