AV Technician Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in providing technical support and setup of AV equipment to the Meeting & Events, and guests.
• Assist in guiding the users to help set up AV systems or resolve escalated issues.
• Troubleshoots and maintains all the AV equipment’s.
• Hotel Guest Rooms TV channels and transmission systems are up-to-date and in operation all the time.
• Ensure every month that an inventory is conducted for all equipment used for Meeting & Events.

Requirements:

• Experience as AV technician is required but not essential
• Ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
• Strong communication skills
