Audiovisual Technician Full Time

As an Audiovisual Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and technical support of audiovisual equipment within the hotel. Your role involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual systems to enhance the guest experience during events and presentations. Additionally, you play a crucial role in collaborating with event organizers, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality audiovisual services. Through your technical expertise, you contribute to the success of various functions and events hosted within the hotel premises.




Key Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain audiovisual equipment for events, meetings, and presentations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to audiovisual systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with event organizers, internal teams, and external vendors to meet audiovisual requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on audiovisual equipment.
• Ensure the availability of necessary audiovisual accessories and components.
• Assist in the planning and execution of audiovisual setups for various functions.
• Provide technical support to presenters and users during events.
• Stay updated on emerging audiovisual technologies and industry trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate audiovisual requirements seamlessly.
• Manage and organize audiovisual inventory, including cables, microphones, projectors, etc.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling audiovisual equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of audiovisual requests, setups, and configurations.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
