As the Assistant Manager – Marketing, you will support the execution of marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the competitive e-commerce sector. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer behavior.
Job Duties & Responsibility:
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align campaigns with business objectives.
Manage the execution of promotional strategies for seasonal sales, new product launches, and special events.
Oversee day-to-day activities on digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize PPC and display ad campaigns.
Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to suggest improvements.
Coordinate with content and design teams to produce engaging, on-brand materials.
Develop and manage a content calendar for email marketing, blogs, and social media posts.
Monitor and improve the quality of creative assets for advertisements and product promotions.
Plan and execute customer loyalty and retention campaigns.
Work on strategies to improve the customer experience and journey on the e-commerce platform.
Conduct market research and customer surveys to understand customer preferences and improve targeting.
Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Support partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
Measure the success of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and CAC.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with the tech and product teams to optimize the website for better conversions and user experience.
Manage product listings and ensure accurate and compelling descriptions and visuals.
Manage and track the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal utilization.
Provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and investment priorities.
