Assistant Management Accountant Full Time

Job Summary:

ITP Media Group, one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead, the successful candidate will provide financial analysis, management reporting, and business support to internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing management accounts, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Conduct financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.

• Maintain financial records, including prepayments, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.

• Support business teams by explaining financial reports to non-finance stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Work closely with senior accountants and finance teams to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in management accounts or financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals (debits/credits, prepayments, accruals).

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).

• Experience with Navision ERP is an advantage.

• Prior experience in media finance is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet reporting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to present financial information to non-finance teams.
