Position Summary:
The Assistant Guest Services Manager will supervise and oversee the Guest Services team, including Concierge, Bellmen, and Valet operations, ensuring excellent guest service and operational efficiency. This role involves responding to guest inquiries, accommodating requests, resolving issues, and acting as the Duty Manager when required. The individual will play a key role in employee training, evaluation, and motivation, while maintaining high service standards aligned with St. Regis’ brand values.
