• Deliver and manage project plans from inception through completion, aligning with agreed project milestones.
• Support senior project managers and leaders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

• Ensure all designs comply with authority requirements, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams, to integrate dry utility systems into the overall project.
• Ensure budgeting, scheduling, and quality control considerations are fully understood.
• Conduct detailed reviews of project drawings, design reports, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet quality standards.
• Perform site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and testing/commissioning phases.
• Manage MEP-related RFIs, MIRs, and mock-up processes.
• Oversee the procurement of long-lead MEP items and ensure timely delivery.
• Chair MEP progress meetings with the infrastructure contractor.
• Assist the commercial team with technical queries and contractor claims.
• Validate all contractor wet utility submissions and shop drawings.

• Manage project teams and stakeholders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage Mace’s knowledge hub and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure infrastructure designs include existing tie-in connection points and minimize supply disruption.
• Oversee temporary utility supply requirements for existing buildings.
• Manage factory acceptance testing (FAT) processes.
• Provide inputs into weekly and monthly reports.

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Strong working knowledge of the construction and consultancy industries.
• Familiarity with building safety legislation, construction contracts, and health & safety regulations.
• Preferred: Abu Dhabi experience, landscape experience, and Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong BIM literacy and IT skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and use initiative for decision-making.
