Agent – Guest Services Full Time

Job Summary:

As a Guest Services Agent at Bulgari Resort Dubai, you will provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves managing room assignments, handling guest inquiries, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring efficient and welcoming service.
• Handle room assignments, room changes, and late check-out requests as needed.
• Obtain payments and activate room keys for guests, ensuring rates align with market standards.
• Verify and adjust guest billing, documenting any exceptions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to monitor room availability and preparation.
• Communicate guest messages, enter check-outs in the system, and operate the switchboard.
• Complete and verify daily reports, occupancy lists, and credit card authorizations.
• Provide guests with relevant information and directions.
• Address and follow up on guest inquiries, issues, or requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Arrange transportation for guests and visitors.
• Perform cash counts at the beginning and end of shifts, processing payments, vouchers, and refunds.
• Notify Security of any incidents, thefts, or safety concerns.
• Adhere to hotel policies, report unsafe conditions, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure a positive experience.
• Use professional language in all communications and answer calls promptly and appropriately.
• Foster positive working relationships and assist team members to achieve shared goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and perform other tasks as requested by managers.
• Be able to perform physical tasks such as moving or lifting up to 4.5 kg independently.
