Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Admin Cum HR professional to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of UAE experience in an Admin and HR role, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Process payroll, leave management, and attendance records.
Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and documentation.
Assist in general administrative tasks, including office coordination and documentation.
Support HR operations such as performance appraisals, training, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Must be currently based in Dubai.
Minimum 6 months of UAE experience in an Admin Cum HR role.
Ability to join immediately (no notice period).
Strong knowledge of HR functions, payroll processing, and UAE labor laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
