Accounts Receivable Accountant Full Time

About the Role:

Darina Holidays is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payment collection from 200+ customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and post receipts for services rendered.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses daily.
• Monitor and administer a large portfolio of 200+ customer accounts globally.
• Prepare customer statements, bills, and invoices.
• Analyze and research accounts to identify discrepancies.
• Generate weekly aging reports to track outstanding payments.
• Set and determine payment schedules with customers.
• Contact delinquent customers to secure timely payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
