Accounts Executive Full Time


We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accounts Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate with 2–3 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in SAP.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee Cash Flow, General Ledger, and support Audit processes

  • Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance

  • Perform Bank Reconciliation, maintain Cash Position and generate Budget Reports

  • Handle Vendor creation, Invoice management, Payment processing, and Credit card reconciliation in SAP

  • Respond to internal and external queries via email communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)

  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE

  • Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and ICG System is an added advantage

  • Strong computer and mathematical skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
