Spar Steel Industries is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on strategic planning.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
