Job Summary

Shambarg Contracting and General Maintenance LLC is seeking a skilled Accountant with a strong background in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily financial operations, including payroll processing, VAT filing, and bank reconciliations, preferably within the GCC contracting or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including payroll, VAT filing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Petty Cash & Invoice Handling: Manage petty cash, process supplier invoices, and ensure alignment with purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
• Financial Statements & Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, conduct bank reconciliations, and compile monthly audit reports.
• Invoicing & Customer Relations: Generate invoices through accounting software and supplier portals; maintain strong customer relationships with consistent payment follow-ups.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and tax regulations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management to support decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant GCC experience, ideally in a contracting or construction company.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Tally, and SAP Arabia.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.

  Location: M-40, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
  Work Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
