Accountant Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, experience within the UAE, and a commitment to excellence in financial management. This role involves working closely with our accounting and auditing operations, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws, and adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT filing.
• Assist with audits and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.
• Adhere to AML regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications: CPA or CA certification is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in an accounting and auditing firm in the UAE is required.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of UAE tax laws and VAT regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of AML policies and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
