Accountant Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and administrative tasks, with the ability to manage daily financial operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Petty Cash, and General Entries.
• Reconcile financial statements and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare and process invoices, handle payments, and manage expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and local regulations.
• Assist with administrative duties such as Filing, Printing, Scanning, Answering Calls, Scheduling Meetings, and Purchasing office supplies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting tasks such as receivables, payables, petty cash, and general ledger entries.
• Ability to manage administrative duties alongside accounting responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
