Accountant Full Time

Job Description:

Civic Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate industry. The role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and supporting business operations through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT regulations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Use accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) for financial data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and assist with financial audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, with a preference for real estate industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws (VAT, etc.).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
