Accountant Full Time

Moon Stores Trading LLC specializes in luxury interior décor and is looking for a highly skilled Accountant fluent in Russian and English to join our growing team.

 Job Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, general ledgers, and financial statements.
 Conduct monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
 Manage accounts receivable and payable.
 Prepare and analyze daily Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow (CF) reports.
 Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and financial regulations.
 Handle bank transactions and liaise with financial institutions.
 Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Tax reports.
 Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursement.
 Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
 Monitor changes in accounting legislation and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
5+ years of experience in accounting (corporate experience preferred).
 Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of the UAE tax system and financial regulations.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Fluency in Russian and English is required.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
