Accountant Full Time

Job Summary:

Vibes Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with VAT and corporate tax regulations.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks, recording all expenses, revenues, and assets.
 Generate monthly and yearly financial reports for management review.
 Conduct periodic reviews of accounts receivable and payable.
 Prepare, file, and reconcile petty cash transactions.
 Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Collaborate with auditors for annual financial audits.
 Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
 Assist in corporate tax audits and reporting.
 Process payment vouchers and maintain financial documentation.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 1+ years of relevant experience in the UAE.
 Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations is an advantage.
