ECO Express is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial management and accounting principles, preferably within the logistics and freight industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and tax regulations.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
Work closely with the management to provide financial insights and analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in logistics/freight forwarding).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
