Accountant Full Time

Blueplan Building Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled Accountant with experience in the construction and contracting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure business transactions are recorded in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Work closely with the finance team to assist with month-end closing processes.
• Support the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes.
• Conduct financial analysis to monitor expense variances and provide insights for management.
• Maintain and manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Oversee VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting for construction/contracting projects.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience in the construction & contracting industry within the UAE.
Visa & License: Must have a valid UAE visa and a UAE driving license.
Availability: Must be available to join immediately.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent).
 Minimum 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and tax regulations in the UAE.
 Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
