Accountant Full Time NEW

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented accounting professional ready to elevate your career? We are looking for an Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 2 days weekly off
Monthly Salary: AED 4,000/-

Payments & Vendor Management

• Review and verify cash payment vouchers and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accurate vendor payments and maintain ledger reconciliation.
• Post debit/credit notes and manage group company accounts.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships through effective reconciliation and account confirmations.

Payroll & Invoicing

• Process payroll for site employees based on timesheets and service orders.
• Manage leave salary and EOSB (End of Service Benefits) payment processing.
• Ensure accurate employee cost ledger scrutiny and timely client invoicing.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Scrutinize customer ledgers and clear outstanding receipts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and generate financial statements.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare insightful financial reports.
• Track, apply for, and manage bank guarantees.
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts and balance sheets.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
