IT Administrator Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system and network administration, providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring data and system security.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage and monitor servers, desktops, and other IT assets to ensure optimal performance.

• Networking: Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routers, and switches.

• Hardware & Asset Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software inventory.

• Application Support: Provide support for business applications and resolve software-related issues.

• CCTV & Security Systems: Oversee the installation and management of CCTV systems and security protocols.

• Access Control: Manage biometric systems and employee access permissions.

• Communication & Coordination: Provide technical support to staff and coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT administration, preferably within the UAE

• Proficient in system and network management

• Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and biometric access

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
