Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resources functions in Dubai. If you have a passion for recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Assist in performance evaluations and appraisals.
Support management in implementing HR policies and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
