Job Description:

Total Care Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial processes and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily invoices and expenses with precision.

• Manage bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.

• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.

• Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
