Zahr Freighters is looking for a skilled Accountant to oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support business operations with efficient financial management. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT filing and audits.

Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.

Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the logistics sector.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP).

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
