Junior Accountant Full Time

Elegance Transport by Luxury Motor L.L.C is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting regulations. This role is best suited for detail-oriented professionals who are eager to grow in the field of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support in financial reporting.
• Work with Zoho Books for bookkeeping and financial management.
• Assist in VAT filing and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Support senior accountants in audits and monthly financial closing.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of UAE accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Females preferred.
