About the Role
As a Receptionist at Dolphin Bay, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have an extraordinary and seamless experience. Your role is to provide warm, personalized service, assist with guest inquiries, and manage check-ins and reservations efficiently. You will also participate in special events, promotions, and resort activities, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment.
Assist in resort promotions, events, and activities.
Work outdoors and handle guest interactions efficiently, even during busy periods.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, ideally within a luxury resort.
Familiarity with Opera and Galaxy reservation systems.
Strong communication skills, additional languages are a plus.
Ability to stand for long hours and work in outdoor environments.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
