Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR-Admin & Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in HR administration and executive tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth operations across various company functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leave Management – Maintain employee leave records, process requests, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Event Management – Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, and celebrations for seamless execution.
Webinar Registration – Handle employee registrations for online training and coordinate virtual events.
Logistics & Scheduling – Arrange transportation for employees attending client visits and off-site meetings.
Executive Assistance – Support the Director with calendar management, meetings, reports, and correspondence.
General HR Administration – Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in an administrative, HR, or executive assistant role.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency: Comfortable working with MS Office, HR systems, and scheduling tools.
Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
