Procurement Executive Full Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for an International Procurement Executive to manage global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain optimization. This role will focus on securing the best prices, lead times, and quality products from international suppliers, particularly in China, Vietnam, and India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with global suppliers to optimize costs and lead times.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts while ensuring top-quality products.
• Align procurement strategies with business needs by working closely with internal teams.
• Manage shipping, customs clearance, and delivery in collaboration with logistics teams.
• Ensure quality control through supplier audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor market trends, cost-saving opportunities, and regulatory changes to enhance procurement efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years in international procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global supplier markets, especially in China, Vietnam, and India.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle vendor contracts and pricing negotiations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Languages:

• English is mandatory.
• Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus.
