Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist employees and visitors with a warm and positive attitude.


  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including light accounting and travel bookings.
  • Manage receipts, DHL shipments, and coordinate maintenance and cleaning with external providers.
  • Support office activities, social gatherings, and events.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and contribute to a welcoming office environment.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Confidence in navigating online platforms and systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and able to bring joy and positivity to the office.
    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
