Artia Jewellery is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for credit control, petty cash management, financial tasks, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage credit control and ensure timely payments.
Handle petty cash management and related transactions.
Assist in basic accounting duties, including data entry and reconciliations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Utilize financial management systems and tools efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong skills in credit control, petty cash, and financial management.
Basic accounting knowledge and experience with MS Office applications.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the gold bullion industry is a plus.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations is a plus.
Preferred nationality/gender: Filipina candidates.
