• Proven track record of 4-5 years in a Luxury Hotel Environment with significant achievements in Room and Event Sales.






• Extensive Knowledge and Expertise in Sales with a focus on corporate, government, group, business, leisure, and luxury Travel Segments.
• An established Network and valuable Relationships within luxury hospitality, facilitating Collaborations and Partnerships to elevate FIVE’s reputation.
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A Proactive Nature with a meticulous eye for detail, complemented by the ability to multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Tour Operators, Agencies, Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• Exquisite Presentation Skills and skilled at engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and Event Planners.
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
• Creative solutions and ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive, useful and insightful analyses of Local Market Trends and Competitors.
• Identifies bespoke Opportunities for Growth, formulates Business Expansion Strategies, and supports the development of the hotel’s Boundary-Breaking Market Presence.
• Leads and manages key accounts with the aim of Increasing Revenue and delivering a ‘FIVE-Star’ Customer Experience.
• Maintains meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers from key Leisure, PCOs, Corporate Accounts, and Travel Agents.
• Develops emerging markets through curated tactical packages to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Grows and maintains a share of Inbound Leisure Markets from assigned account markets, contracting and developing relationships with local DMCs and International Operators.
• Attends revenue meetings to provide Competitive Market Intelligence, assisting in setting Revenue and Pricing Strategies for the hotel.
• Reaches agreed Goals and delivers Incremental Revenue.
• Observes the market and competitors, drawing up Competitor Analyses (rates, trends, customers, product changes), and Market Statistics.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with Existing and New Customers to enable future bookings through bold Sales Calls, glamorous Client Events, and top-notch FAM Trips.
• Has a clear understanding of the hotel’s Business Strategies, setting Goals and determining Action Plans to meet those goals with a disruptive and first-in-class mindset.
• Reports on a weekly/monthly basis on Appointments, Calls made, and a list of Business Leads.
• Represents the hotel in various Trade Shows, Events, and Exhibitions in assigned markets.
• Acquires and develops New Business Accounts, preparing lucrative Sales Proposals for clients.
• Maintains and grows Existing Accounts based on Set Targets, defining an annual Sales Action Plan and executing set actions accordingly.
