Analyst, HSE Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

Maintains, analyses and reports HSE data, HSE performance, sustainability data, incident information, air/water quality data and other related HSE data. Maintains and manages HSE data in One ERP and internal database.




KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Maintains and updates HSE database and makes HSE information readily available for performance reports. Updates corporate performance management system on monthly basis as part of performance contract requirement and for other major reporting venues.
• Conducts analysis of HSE data/information and produce performance benchmarking reports of the HSE Performance (internal, regional and international).
• Develops/coordinates ADNOC Onshore Performance Contract (HSE) Targets & Report the actuals to Corporate Performance Strategy division (CPSD), as well as forecast scenarios on various Performance Contract Indicators.
• Conducts quality assurance and quality check (QA/QC) check and verification of all stakeholders HSE data and prepares relevant presentations for line management.

Minimum Qualification

bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology Statistics or equivalent

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

5 years of experience, including at least hands-on experience in operating computerized data management and document control systems, including system maintenance and capability to perform system modifications.
