HR Specialist Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, design and execution of HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure alignment with corporate standards.






• Act as a HR business partner by providing guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to drive continuous improvement in HR practices and enhance employee experience.
• Assist with HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and facilitate HR training sessions and workshops.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Associate, HR Coordinator, or Junior HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Exposure to HR transformation initiatives or process improvement projects.
• Previous exposure to M&A activities such as post-merger integrations are of advantage
