Billing Assistant Full Time


World Star Holding is seeking a Billing Assistant to join our premier team in Abu Dhabi. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and are detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify billing data and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain financial records and update customer accounts.
  • Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.
  • Generate billing reports and support financial audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing or accounts role.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
