Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment techniques and tools to attract top talent.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
