Accountant Full Time

Job Overview:
Thasaamah Technology is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
• Assist in tax preparation, VAT filing, and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Utilize accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel for accurate data recording and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and other departments for financial reporting and audits.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE with valid residency.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Finance/Accounting certifications (such as CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
