About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at The Restaurant – C (PFH). In this role, you will create extraordinary dining experiences in a highly empowered and guest-centric environment. You will oversee F&B production, coaching, training, and quality assurance while ensuring that every guest becomes a loyal fan of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership & Operations

• Oversee and ensure all F&B production tasks meet service standards and procedures.
• Maintain the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Proactively analyze operations and assign resources to enhance efficiency.
• Lead huddles during shifts for seamless communication and execution.

Team Development & Training

• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to the culinary team.
• Deliver constructive feedback to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
• Foster a culture of learning, resilience, and adaptability within the team.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Prevent complaints and implement effective service recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a guest-first approach.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years in the hospitality industry.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory culinary role within a 5-star hospitality setting.
• Education:
  • High school diploma in Catering; a degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a passion for service.
  • Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent culinary knowledge, menu planning, and resource management.
