Limeswood Real Estate Brokers is seeking a skilled General Accountant with a solid background in the real estate industry. The selected candidate will handle financial reporting, bookkeeping, and ensure tax compliance, contributing to the financial integrity and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Oversee bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely VAT filing and tax compliance.
• Monitor budgets and prepare financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations.
• Assist in audits and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
