New Shield Insurance Brokers LLC is seeking a Motor Insurance Specialist with a proven track record in the UAE insurance brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of motor insurance products and exceptional client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate motor insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers.
• Manage the end-to-end process of motor insurance policies, including renewals, claims, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and company standards.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the motor insurance portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in motor insurance within a brokerage environment in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE motor insurance policies, underwriting, and claims procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
