Junior Accountant Full Time

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial records.




Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Stay updated with local tax regulations and assist in compliance efforts.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
